Summary
Mental health issues are increasingly becoming a global health concern. In fact, the World Health Organization (WHO) asserts that one in four people will be affected by mental or neurological disorders at some point in their lifetime. Currently, the WHO estimates that 450 million people are suffering from such illnesses with mental disorders being a primary cause of poor health and disability on a global scale.
In this episode of ExpertsConnect, we had a conversation concerning mental health with an Associate Clinical Psychologist, Ms. Marsha Gooden.
