Presentations nowadays have become a vital part of our day to day lives. And it is so important to give good presentations as it boosts our confidence and gives a clear understanding of what you want to say and what you want others to understand.

Whether you are in office, school, or college, this article is meant for you, as it going to give you 4 easy steps to give any presentation that will rock!

So here are the 4 step guide for giving the best presentation of your life:

  1. Talk to yourself & Record:
This is the initial step that you should take before sitting in one place and making a presentation. It is really important to know what you want to say and which topics you want to cover, with this step, you will get a clear understanding of what you want to cover. This recording can be anywhere, if you are not a person who can sit in one place, you can always walk while you are recording, you should always choose an environment that makes you feel most comfortable.

  2. Play & Transcribe:
In this Second Step, you have played the recording, which you made of yourself.  Now you can prepare the formal presentation using a notebook or laptop, whichever you feel most comfortable with. Make sure it is as it is in the recording. Once you are done with it, revise and then edit your content to meet the needs of your audience, go according to what you think is important, and decide if you will need additional or less content. In this step, you will end up with the exact content that you're going to present. Now, since it is clear what you want to present, we will get to the next step of how to present it?

  3. Playing with Content:
No matter, how good your content is, if it is not represented properly, it could be a disaster and all your hard work will go in vain. This is the step, where you are going to make some good examples, some good jokes, find out those words which need to be spoken in a high or low tone, etc. After this step, you already have your entire content. Now is the last step, walking on the stage and giving the speech.

  4. Hangout on the Stage:
Most of us feel, this is the most blood-curdling and scary thing to do, however, it can be the easiest thing. If you can feel, that you are not there to teach something to the crowd, you are just there to pass the information, which you got from the content that you have prepared. Then, why do you need to fear? Just pass that information like you are hanging out with your friends and telling them about the things which you know, it's that simple!

After these 4 steps, I really feel that you are going to rock any presentation online or offline. I have tried it myself and I have gained a good amount of success. So I thought that it needs to be shared with you guys as well. I am open to suggestions, if you have any please do comment and let me know where I can improve.
